The presenter for this course spent 15 years in supervisory positions in law enforcement including 911/dispatch center, senior sergeant with review and approval authority on use of force reports – which included supplementary legal training. He instructed down-state police agencies on Illinois conceal carry statues and wrote use of force curriculum for the IL Law Enforcement Training & Standards Board.
